Pecan Pleasure Homemade Granola Recipe

Homemade Granola Recipe

We enjoy our snacks and this homemade granola recipe is one that we make all the time.

I have been enjoying the cooler weather camping we have been doing on our adventure. One of the basics we keep on hand for energy is granola so I am sharing this granola recipe with you. It is a simple snack that can be made in bulk and lasts us through out a week on the road.

Recently we did some desert camping and keeping hydrated and your healthy fats at an optimal intake is key to feeling good while you play in the desert. Especially as the temperatures drop at night and winds kick up to steal away moisture from your body.

Eating a good granola keeps your thirst up so you hydrate easily and my mix feeds your body with fats and salts needed for stamina. If you’re on an adventure or curled up in a nest of blankets with an adventure book keep this mix around for some healthy munchies!
