Improve Your Health With These CBD-Infused Recipes

CBD Infused Recipes

If you have decided to embark on a healthy lifestyle starting with your diet, then we have some good news for you. The current trend sweeping the nation is cooking with CBD oil. You can make your favorite dishes more healthful as well as ready-made CBD-infused dishes.

Since it exploded onto the market a few years back, CBD has proven itself to be an effective natural method of easing the symptoms of epilepsy, arthritis, insomnia, and anxiety. At this stage, we don’t have enough scientific information on the health benefits of CBD to determine exactly how it helps with weight loss. But what we do know is that it can definitely give us the motivation and strong mental attitude we need to stick to a clean-cut eating regime.

Studies have already shown that CBD has strong anti-inflammatory properties that could help relieve the discomfort associated with gut problems like IBS and it also promotes a calmer and more relaxed state of mind. Quitting sugar has never been easier, as CBD also eases anxiety and panic.

Cooking with full-spectrum, organic CBD oil is the preferred choice of many, as opposed to just isolated CBD. This type of oil is made from the leaves and stem of all parts of the hemp plant, meaning that you benefit from a ton of additional terpenes, vitamins, and minerals.

Whilst the FDA has not legalized the sale of ready-made CBD-infused dishes in the majority of states, there is no law against making your own recipes at home. Providing the CBD oil you are using is derived from hemp that is grown in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill and it contains less than 0.3% it will be completely legal in every state in physical dispensaries as well as online, and you can look forward to hosting CBD dinner parties at home!

Cooking With CBD

If you are not cooking with CBD oil, then it’s always a good idea to start with small, easy to create recipes. Make half batches of whatever dish you like the sound of as this will stop you wasting oil and it also gives you the opportunity to see how you feel and if you like the taste. If you have never taken CBD before, then remember to start with a low dose and gradually increase this over time until you get the results you desire.

Course Snack
Cuisine American

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nuts of choice
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil melted
  • Desired dose of CBD oil
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Touch of sea salt to taste

  • Transfer all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir in the oat flour, shredded coconut, salt, and vanilla and combine well. You should have a mixture that has the same texture like cookie dough and after tasting, add more salt or agave syrup, as you like.
  • Scoop out a tablespoon of dough and roll in your palms to form bite-sized balls and repeat this process until all the mixture is used up.
  • Chill your bliss balls in the fridge for 15 mins and serve.

CBD Fruit Salad

A healthy fruit salad is a super convenient option to make at any time of day and it is also a great way of using up any fruit you have in the house that might be reaching the end of its lifespan. Chop up your fruits and add in any nuts or seeds and of course, your CBD oil. It is thought that dairy like yogurt works well as a carrier for CBD oil helping it to maintain potency when it penetrates your bloodstream, so feel free to add a scoop of natural Greek yogurt and stir it in well!
