CBD-Infused Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Chocolate Mousse Recipe With CBD

We love chocolate mousse! I won’t bore you with all the standard commentary that you find on recipe blogs. Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dropper full of CBD oil (or the desired amount depending on the potency of the oil you are using)
  • Fresh berries and whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the CBD oil and stir to combine.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the mixture with an electric mixer until it becomes light and fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Divide the mixture evenly into serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it is set.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream, if desired.

Enjoy your CBD-infused chocolate mousse! Keep in mind that the effects of CBD can take up to 2 hours to take effect, so be patient and wait to see how you feel before consuming more.
