Air Fryer Fried Chicken

Happy Healthy Living version of air fryer fried chicken.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Cup Einkorn flour
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 5 Legs Chicken
  • 1 tbps Bagel spice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  • Put flour and spices together
  • Mix egg and butter milk
  • Dip chicken in egg mixture
  • Coat chicken in flour mixture
  • Put chicken in air fryer
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 390˚
  • Turn chicken and spritz with oil
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 350˚
