1cupold fashioned rolled oats
1/2cupof finely grated carrot
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1tablespoonof chia seeds
Handful of walnuts
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
3tablespoonsagave syrup
1cupof dairy free milk
1/2cupof natural unsweetened Greek yoghurt
Full spectrum CBD oil
Instructions
Combine the carrots, oats, cinnamon and chia seeds in a bowl, then stir in walnuts or nuts of choice.
While stirring, add in remaining ingredients and leave to set at least three hours or preferably overnight.
