Ingredients

  • 2 head broccoli
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 tbsp red onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • Chop all veggies
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Put veggies in a glass baking dish
  • Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until tender
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
