- 2 head broccoli
- 1 large red pepper
- 3 medium carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Chop all veggies
Preheat oven to 425
Put veggies in a glass baking dish
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until tender
Add salt and pepper to taste
