Instant Pot Cook Times

Beets: 3 Large whole beets, 22 minutes.

Broccoli: 2 minutes on high/manual.

Chicken Breasts (Shredded): 15 minutes on high with BBQ or Salsa poured over.

Eggs (Hard Boiled): 5 minutes on high or Egg setting. 5 Minutes slow release . 5 Minutes in cold water.

Mashed Potatoes: 10 minutes on high.

Risotto: 2 cups rice, 6 cups broth, 10 minutes on high.

Spaghetti Squash: Halved with seeds removed. 8 minutes on high/manual.

Sweet Potato: Medium sized 25 minutes on high/manual.

Vegetable Stock: Frozen veggies. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
