Alkaline Water For Health
Alkaline Water Benefits For Your Health
I am a firm believer in alkaline water benefits and water consumption for health. The human body is made up of 57% to 60% water so it makes sense that we need to drink a lot of it to stay healthy, but is all water the same? I have found out that there are better types of water for better healthy living.
Your average tap water is okay if that is all you can get. The water sources for US cities are regulated and conform to standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency so it won’t make you sick but there are a few things that are questionable, like the industrial wastes hydrofluorosilicic acid, sodium fluorosilicate, and sodium fluoride that many cities add to their water. If you are exposed to too much of these they cause nasty things to happen in your body.
Lately I have noticed that the popularity of different types of water has risen as people are more interested in their health. I will explain a few of them here.
Water Types
Ionized Alkaline Water:
This water is first purified by a steam distillation process. Ionically charged minerals are then added to the water and run through an electrolysis process. This process hexagonally structures the water and separates the ions into alkaline and acid water. The ionically charged alkaline water is separated for drinking with PH of 8.5-10.00
Steam Distilled Water:
Steam distilled water has been heated to the boiling point so that impurities are separated from the water which itself becomes vapor or steam. It is then condensed back into pure liquid form. Many people claim that drinking steam distilled water is essential for good health. Steam distilled water hydrates the body, cleansing and carrying acids and toxins out of the body while balancing the body’s PH.
Ionic Mineral Water:
This water has over 70 ioncally charged trace minerals that are added to steam distilled water. Minerals in tap or bottled mineral water are not ionically charged which means your cell’s reject them. Ionically charged minerals are bioavailable and improve the body’s PH balance and provide an intricate circuit board of electric charges and impulses.
Sole Water:
Sole (pronounced Solay) water is essentially water that has been completely saturated with a natural salt. The distributors of this water claim that dissolved Himalayan crystal salt in distilled water is the best type of salt to use and that an unlimited potential energy is unleashed.
When the full spectrum of mineral ions and mineral elements are present in the water, they form what’s known as a “complex” ion. A complex ion holds electrical potential. Sole is the entire spectrum of energies or frequencies from the 84 trace elements found in the water, forming a complete and regenerative elixir.
The presence of these elements in the water in the form of ions or electrical charges is what gives sole its ability to “charge” your body with energy. Unlike nutrients from vegetables or grains that must first be digested into their components before your body can make use of them, sole is directly available to your cells without digestion.
There are some good studies about the health benefits of water and many good books that can help everyone become more educated about what you are putting into your body.
I would love to hear your comments.
