Liver and Gall Bladder Cleanse

Why To Cleanse Your Liver and Gall Bladder

Today we are talking about how and why to do a liver and gall bladder cleanse. The liver and gall bladder do a huge amount of work to keep you healthy. The function of the liver is to detoxify chemicals, process nutrients, secrete bile, store iron, metabolized carbohydrates and more.

The gallbladder’s function is to store bile. Bile helps the body break down and digest fats that you eat. When you eat fatty foods, your gallbladder releases bile into the small intestine. The bile mixes with partially digested food and in turn helps to completely digest fats.

Liver bile duct congestion is the first problem and may set the stage for even more serious, seemingly unrelated, conditions, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. This congestion also leads to fatty liver disease and gallbladder diseases as well as gallstone attacks in at least 20 million Americans each year.

Prevention of Fatty Liver Disease

If your congested liver is not treated it may lead to fatty liver disease. The best way to prevent this is to eat a healthy diet consisting of lots of leafy vegetables, healthy fruits and protein. Some additional items to ingest are milk thistle and green or red tea.

Fatty Liver Remedy

An additional way to help prevent fatty liver disease is to do a regular cleanse. There are a few different ways to clean out your liver and gall bladder. The best one that we found is with the liver and gall bladder flush that is explained by Andreas Moritz in the video below.

How To Cleanse Your Liver and Gall Bladder

This is one way to do a liver and gall bladder cleanse. This is from Andreas Moritz book The Amazing Liver and Gall Bladder Flush that you can get on Amazon.

Andreas Moritz talks about the benefits of doing a liver and gall bladder cleanse with olive oil. Make sure to check the expiration date on the olive oil that you use and get pure extra virgin olive oil.

You should do this after 6 days of cleansing to get the best results. Your cleanse should include apple juice, fruits and veggies.

This is how you do it:

  • Take 1/2 cup olive oil and mix it with 1/2 cup citrus juice like orange, grapefruit or lemon juice.
  • Drink this before bed (around 10pm is the most common) and after you have done 2 doses of an epsom salt cleanse earlier in the day. (Usually around 6pm and 8pm).
  • When you get up do 2 more epsom salt cleanses in the morning and you are cleaned out!

This will cleanse your liver overnight and promote good health.
